THISS Studio are committed to building a culture which is self-reflective, constructive, safe, emergent, inclusive, anti-racist and intersectionally conscious.

We centre our relationships with our co-workers and clients in everything we do. THISS aspire to continue to build a working environment which is equitable for all. We strongly believe in the value of an inclusive, diverse and equitable creative and cultural sector and hold a zero-tolerance policy for racism, sexism, ableism, ageism or any other discriminatory behaviour.

We create quarterly and annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals which we are internally accountable to company-wide and which are available for all employees, collaborators and clients to access and feed back on along with a resources archive (below) which contains further information on our values along with recommended reading and/ or audiovisual material.

We strongly believe in the value of an inclusive, diverse and equitable creative and cultural sector and acknowledge the discriminatory and structural limitations currently in place which will take generations to dismantle. We are aware that we are engaging in both a short and long process where we will always be learning, hence our commitment to regular accountability, feedback and sharing resources.
